Crest construction traffic will access the new Phase 5D development through Cormorant Drive and Fieldfare Close. Contractors are likely to park on the roads in Wentworth Gardens as there is no parking on the Distributor Road.
Building traffic will cross the footpath and cycle way which runs alongside the new development. In addition, Crest may decide to close this path during construction, causing further annoyance to residents. Apart from the obvious inconvenience, the delay in building this phase means that no footpaths, cycleways, curbs, roadways, and some landscaping, will be completed until after the new work is finished.
