09/11/2006 - Tesco to get tough on nuisance parking
Following concern from residents and shoppers, Tesco are tightening the clamp on late-night nuisance car-parking. Noisy or disruptive loiterers will have their numbers taken, and be moved on. Repeat offenders could be subject to banning orders, or have their vehicles impounded by police: Apparently, the release fee is around £150, plus a nightly storage charge!
